OPEN FOR BUSINESS
As the rules and regulations on both sides of the Border change, we are continually reviewing our procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients. The way we have had to do business over the past few months has changed and had to be adapted but we continue to provide our usual high quality service to all of our clients. Although our door may be closed, we are very much ‘open for business’.
As an accountancy firm, we are classed as a key business and as such, we are able to have staff in the office where appropriate.
Any staff working from the office do so in a safe environment with strict COVID guidelines in place to ensure their safety. We have strict social distancing measures in place, along with increased hygiene procedures.
Attending the Office:
At present, we are not in a position to allow clients to attend the office – we will review this position at the end of the current lockdown period.
Any meetings required will be done so via video call (Zoom) or by phone.
Record Drop off/Collection:
If you need to drop off any records, this can be done so at our front door. When you have arrived, please call the office number and advise you are there and a member of staff will meet you. Please leave the items at the front door and step back to allow the staff member to collect them.
We can accept documents through the letterbox where they will fit.
The same procedure applies to collecting any records or documents.
To reduce any unnecessary travel we can accept records electronically – We have a secure online portal where you can upload any documents (OpenSpace) – if you are not already registered, please contact the office and we can arrange for this to be set up.
As regulations change, we will continue to update you with any business changes via email and social media. If you do not currently receive our emails but wish to do so, please contact the office and we can update your contact preferences.
